Rev. Omar E. Monte was born on Nov. 1, 1979 in Pioduran, Albay and the 5th child in a family of 8. He accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as His personal Saviour during the year 2000 while he was in college. Shortly after, he graduated in University of Perpetual Help System DALTA with a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy.

Back in September 2012, he was commissioned by Bethany Baptist Church Makati as a tentmaker missionary in the place of Milan, Italy.
​

After 5 years, the mission work in Milan was organized into a local independent baptist church, where he was ordained for the work of the Gospel Ministry.

​​
And by God’s enabling grace, the then mission church has grown to be mission minded and has been a supporter of missions under his leadership.
​
​
Today, he continues to serve God with his wife, Ma’am Agnes in the heart of Milan to reach for more souls and win them to Christ.
​
